Emery, who owns a chocolate and coffee shop in Kalamazoo, explained she witnessed the penalties of lenient town leaders firsthand, having said that.

Bil shared that the city recently mounted an approximately $100,000 completely furnished restroom close to the Kalamazoo Mall – which homes Bil’s and Emery’s corporations – to help control urine and feces on the streets. She provides, nevertheless, that the new rest room is usually locked.
