‘Everyone’s going to be together’: Mayor Scott, business leaders and squeegee workers hold meeting to develop solutions

BALTIMORE — Mayor Brandon Scott on Thursday convened a assembly of organization entrepreneurs, town leaders and squeegee staff, hoping to find options for the window washers.
