A California organization operator and his two sons ended up arrested on accusations of beating and zip-tying a suspected burglar, the Kern County Sheriff’s Business reported in a launch.

Deputies responded to a simply call for a business theft at Sparks Personalized Pools on the 6900 block of Meany Avenue in Bakersfield on April 27 at about 3 a.m., according to the sheriff’s section.

Upon arrival, deputies identified the man who described the theft, John Sparks, 50, and his two sons, Brenden Sparks, 23, and Trenton Sparks, 20, in the parking whole lot of the enterprise beside the alleged burglary suspect, who was “laying on the floor with his fingers zip-tied driving his back,” the release states.

McClatchy Information reached out to Sparks Customized Pools and did not quickly obtain a response.

The suspect, who experienced injuries to his head and encounter, was transported to a healthcare facility for his accidents.

Crimes From People detectives assumed the investigation and realized that the suspect entered the fenced yard of the closed small business and took objects from an unlocked motor vehicle, the release said. His steps, even though, were allegedly caught on digicam, so John Sparks went to the business enterprise.

Upon arrival, John Sparks found the suspect, who then fled prior to the organization operator chased after him, the sheriff’s department explained. John Sparks confronted the suspect and fired a handgun at him. In response, the suspect laid on the ground, and John Sparks zip-tied the man’s arms at the rear of his back again.

Shortly right after, John Sparks’ sons arrived. For about 45 minutes, all 3 males began punching, kicking and hitting the suspect with blunt force objects, “causing serious lacerations and injuries to the suspect’s facial area and body,” the launch states.

The suspect was then put into the bed of a choose-up truck and transported again to Sparks Tailor made Swimming pools parking ton where sheriffs to begin with responded, according to the release.

Arrest warrants had been issued for John, Brenden and Trenton Sparks, who turned themselves in on May possibly 3, according to the sheriff’s department. The father and sons face a range of charges, such as assault with a lethal weapon, conspiracy and kidnapping.

Detectives will also find petty theft and trespassing costs towards the burglary suspect, the launch said.
